It's great for de-stressing and releasing tension and gives me killer Abs!! It's like having a personal trainer with you at all times. I also love the up-beat funky music.
Cris Penfold (Performer) - aged 25 - An excellent, spiritual way of exercising where you can go at your own pace and feel at ease while you can guarantee it will strengthen, tone and increases suppleness in your body. Also the feel at the end of it is great and refreshing. As I am often on the move and cannot always make a class, the DVD helps me as I can obviously take it everywhere with me. It also really helps me to calm down and let out anything I need to i.e. stress, anger, anxiety.
Claire Martin (International Jazz Singer) - aged 43 - Firstly it's hugely inspiring and in no way daunting as the exercises can be done by a non-dancer like myself. I love the encouraging narration throughout and didn't feel 'out of my depth'. I can dip in and out of this DVD depending on my time frame. I love the music!! Usually the music in fitness video's is poorly chosen and after a while very irritating. It's a exercise program that is fresh and funky, an insight into a dancer's warm up. Nicely paced. Well executed!

This is a perfect work-out for someone like me who used to be an ex-dancer and lost the confidence due to lack of practise and time. It just made me realise how much I missed dance, the best exercise of all to be practiced in the company of our wonderful Dollie and under the spell of a beautiful jazz music. Very up-lifting and gives me more balance in my life. I am getting really hooked on it and can't wait for a second volume to come out! The best dance exercise on DVD!
Nina Masilo (Dancer) - aged 22 - It helps me to become stronger as a dancer and I learned how to work out my muscles in a proper way. It is a nice exercise programme I like it because I like doing all the exercises it includes, I can feel that my body is getting stronger and afterwards I feel very energised and good about myself.
Caroline Beisterfield (Lawyer) - aged 28 - I'd usually be sceptical about whether home workouts are thorough enough for anyone who has had dance training. Many tend to be cheesy and repetitive. However, the BOP DVD is different from mainstream brands. For one thing Dollie is a true professional jazz dancer as well as a teacher, so her demonstrations are authentic (and flawless) and the programme seems designed to work your body completely, rather than being simply aerobic or abs based. The music and clips are harmonious, so the programme is a pleasure to watch and do.

I can do it at home and it gets me back in touch with my dancing, also you can take it with you. I do a lot of work abroad or round the country.
